Magical Delitants are people without formal training and often (but not allways) very little talent.
Delitants have, when at all, Magery 0. Their magery is often Untrainable or even Uncontrollable releasing magical effects they cannot understand.
They have sometimes knowledge in one or two spells but most of their power is governed by unconscious manifestations. See also GURPS Fantasy: Fixed Magic and Craft Magic.
All advantages have the Mana-Sensitive limitation (-10%).
