About character creation options

Although the GURPS Basic Set Characters gives a few guidelines to create our own traits, the official list is already quite exhaustive and generic. New traits should therefore be quite rare and very specific. Most things can be achieved by combining already existing traits, and that's why, if everything goes well, this section should be half empty. Lots of Meta Traits, but few really new Advantages or Disadvantages. Skills And Techniques should only have specializations and techniques, not bold new skills..
