Phasers

Phasers count as omni-blasters (p. 124), having two effective settings: stun and kill. (While standard phasers actually have 16 power settings, realistically only these two settings are going to matter in play.)

Below are stats for standard Federation personal weapons as of 2380. Other races and eras will have comparable weapons; use the same stats.
