Here's a page where you have some stuff, and it says something stupid. Like, uh, we should change success rolls to 1D20, because the flat probabilities curve is way better than the bell curve we get from 3D6.

So now you want to edit this page in order to notify the administrators, and regular contributors, that we should censor this text, or modify it, or whatever. You can click on the Edit link on the bottom left (in the menu), or double-click on the background of the page. This will bring you an editable version of the page. Don't be afraid! All you have to do is add something like the following somewhere on the page (most of the time at the top) :
